Pros:

Looks, drive and feel of the vehicle.

Cons:

Bad mileage per gallon...stated 20-25 mpg on the sticker...closer to 17-18. Very poor dealer service. Extremely poor corporate headquarter follow up.

Review:

Bought this car brand new so I was expecting no problems. When braking in reverse there is a horrible squeal that the dealer just can't fix. Talked to corporate headquarters with no resolution. When a brand new car is purchased and a problem is found, most buyers just want it fixed. I can't get my problem fixed.

Pros:

Roomy, spacious, comfortable and stylish.

Cons:

Bad for blind spots in rear and front. Poor service from dealership - they don't seem to have qualified technicians.

Review:

I fell in love with the Murano as soon as I seen it and knew it was a must have. I have had a few problems with mine, especially the alternator. The dealership has given me lousy service. If I could get better service, I would definitely buy another one.

Great choice, 1st year Prod., Great Styling

Pros:

Styling, clean interior, comfortable seats, firm ride yet soft and responsive. 18" wheels are a must. Safety ratings are good to great. Good to average gas mileage. No mechanical or electrical problems after 28k miles.

Cons:

Slight front-end wheel noise. Could be due to the 18" wide-wheels. Side rear-view area is difficult to see oncoming traffic. Interior paint on doors tends to chip or peel easily.

Review:

This car is definately a head-turner at traffic lights. Considered to be the poor man's entry into the Nissan/Infiniti line...go figure! Nice ride, clean dash and interior, a little noisy in the front-end wheels but the rear-end is almost silent. Gas mileage is 22mpg city which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a great buy if you can find one with low-miles.

Pros:

Snappy ride, good looks, good handling.

Cons:

Poor mileage(17-18), noisy cabin, part failures, soft paint, horrible dealer experiences, bad corporate responses.

Review:

2003 as a first year model is plagued by problems: noisy cabin, alternator failure, oil sensor failure, trip computer does not work, transmission jerks/slips, radio is horrible, paint chips, seatbelt failure, brake squeal, cupholders unusable/broken, check engine lights constant...the list go on. Better reviews in later years maybe but I'll never buy another Nissan (2 out of 3 were junk).
