Pros:
Engine power, MPG, awesome looking.
Cons:
Seat fabric is stiff.
Review:
Needed to replace a worn out Expedition, and with gas prices so high, talked the wife into checking out the smaller SUV's. After driving everything, she fell in love with the Xterra. I have too, now. Its a GREAT SUV...lots of power, good mpg, the 6 speed is smooth and the off road package is nice. Wish the seats were a little more comfortable, and I keep turning on the wipers by accident....but overall completely satisfied with this one! Now I might have to trade the F-150 for a Frontier.

Pros:
POWER, Sound of the engine/exhaust/drivetrain, rugged look, high seat,
Cons:
Lots of plastic inside, pump time, the radio is getting upgraded and adding a bass tube, it looks like pain in the butt to put on your won foglights.
Review:
I've had my Xterra for a week now, I love this thing. I live in Albany NY can't wait for a snowstorm.

POWER...you touch the gas and you go...i love the sound of my Xterra when you give it some gas.

This is my first SUV...the only drawback so far, it took forever to fill up (ppl were coming and going, and I was still pumping)...small price to pay.

Pros:
Nice design, clean solid interior, roomy
Cons:
Annoying squeak in the undercarriage
Review:
The Xterra is a fine looking vehicle and Nissan is a reliable manufacturer (I have owned 3 other Nissans). I purchased my Xterra 5 weeks ago. The first week the tire sensor light went off and had to go the dealership-same week I developed a squeak in the undercarriage whenever I go over a bumpy service-the SUV has been back to the dealership 2 times for this problem. I don't have the car 2 months and have had it back to the dealer 3 times. I am very disappointed.

Pros:
Nice Power, Nice shape, sets high, back seats set high too.
Cons:
Driver head room, esp getting in and out of vehicle, no first aid kit (54.00), stuff slides around, they have a carpet for the back, its 100.00
Review:
I have a 2005 Xterra and it has power, it has nice looks but I didn't get a First Aid kit in mine, I also wish I had gotten the model with the day lights (Fog Lights) they are hard to find after the fact and are $$.

2005 Xterra is a winner...with very few flaws

Pros:
Power, style, design of exterior and interior for price. Great dealer relationship. Interior room for mid-suv. Radio is lacking quality for new vehicle.
Cons:
Some things should be standard: Tow system, running boards, passenger adjustable seat,...
Review:
My wife and I recently purchased a 2005 Xterra Off-road. Granite color. Automatic transmission. We checked out MANY suv's and determined this was the best value (24-25K) for what we wanted. It should have come standard with running boards, mud mats and trailer hitch...since it is an OFF-ROAD style. Power is very good for a V-6. Gas milage is lacking for a mid-size suv. The panel dimmer knob is hard to find while driving. We plan on keeping this rig until the tires fall off...
