Review:
Biggest let down is the Front Seats. I know most people feel this vehicle is comfortable but my experience is not so good.
Inside the front seats is a spring that hits just below the shoulder blades attached to the base of the head rests that drives into
my back. After about an hour of driving Im done. I removed the spring.

Pros:
excellent navigation system, brilliant audio system - Bose system, good handling,
excellent acceleration, smooth ride - thanks to CVT. 4WD enables all weather drive with VDC, and ABS.

This car rocks...the engines is quiet and yet powerful, it gives 140 - 160km/hr at around 2500rpm,
10 - 13 liters per 100km, a joy to drive on long trips, but not for everday use in town,
home - office kind of application, this car can get up to 17l/100km in town and thats bad.

rides nice. good acceleration after rpm's are up. good fuel economy for a crossover.

brakes squeak in reverse. bulletin replacement parts did
not help. sluggish from a dead stop. exhaust system hangs down too low. at
night, the high beam and cruise control dash indicator lights too bright.
had to put black tape over them.

purchased new sl awd in feb 06. have had no major
problems. fun to drive and comfortable to ride in. wish a oil pressure gauge
was incorprated in the instrument panel.

transmission completely unreliable and I do not feel safe in this car any longer

Review:
sadly-we have had nothing but problems. I have a 2006 Murano that on
cold days the brakes squeak while in reverse, at 8000 miles the check engine
soon light came on and the nissan service said it needed a new transmission.
It is still not fixed and we are now on our 4th transmission. I am now
looking at executing the "lemon Law" as they are not able at this time to
seem to get the car working.
