Review:
Have owned for 2 months. Purchased with just under 37K on clock. Overall very satisified, looked at Honda Toyota Ford, and GM,
but always came back to the Altima. Love the styling, power ,CVT Trans ,interior, and standard features. Unfortunalty Nissan fell
well short on there paint and choice of standard equipment tires (Contenintal Contipro Contact). Paint chips way to easy almost like
they painted it with glass and tires are noisy and have no tread life.

07 Altima 2.5 SL with CVT, mileage is poor, less mpg than previous 04
Altima 2.5S with auto transmission, too much engine noise at lower speeds
and when engine is cold.

Review:
On Saturday, July 5, I did what I thought would never happen with my '07
Altima. I LOCKED MY KEYS IN THE CAR!!! My keys were in the lower
compartment of the driver's side door (where the cup holder is)and I tried
over and over to press the button on the door to unlock it. Another thing
that stunned me was that the dashboard didn't read 'no key' while I was
driving. So that meant, to me, that the location of the key was
detectable. The car didn't beep letting me know that my keys were in
there. I purchashed the car used and was only given one key. So I had to
call a locksmith.

Pros:
Everything but the tires !! Gas mileage more than every now that I have
to pay over 4 bucks a gallon

Cons:
The Continental Tires. Surfing around seems to me that other poeple have
had the same problem with Continental tires.

Review:
Had this car for about a year now. Love everything about it gas mileage,
ride and style of it. Only problem is the Continental Tires on it. Have
under 32,000 miles on it and they already need to be replaced. Had all
service work done at Nissan dealerships. So now working with Continental
about the crap tires.

TCM Problem

Cons:
Besides the 4 or 5 recalls so far, the TCM
is shot, the breaks are not great and its only been a year!! We'll see what
fun surprises Nissan has in store for me next!

Review:
my one year old car has been in the Nissan
service shop all week because it wouldn't start. They now tell me I have a
faulty TCM they are going to replace. That was yesterday and I still don't
have an ETA on when I'll get my car back. They say maybe in 2 days.
