Review:
My wife and I really loved the Murano when it first came out and were
blessed enough to buy a 2004 SE 2WD model. It performs very well and is very
comfortable. She really likes the ride height and responsiveness of it.
However at 13K miles the transmission needed replacement :(

Too frequent oil changes (3750!!). Very noisy with windows or sunroof
open. Low speed power steering. Navigation map was outdated when new!

Review:
I've driven a lot of SUV's with Uncle Sam. This one is the best. Good
gas mileage, especially for an SUV. 600 Mile trip to Charlotte gets me 25 on
average....at 70+. Very comfortable.

Review:
We purchased my brand new '04 Murano SL in October '03.We were expecting
our first child , I had a Honda civic and wanted a SUV that wasn't too much
for me to handle. We looked at the RX330 but the price was not compariable.
I test drove the Murano and fell in love. Unfortunately, My Murano has left
me stranded on the side of the road 3 x's with my baby. First the battery
went dead and we only had it for a few months, next the muffler went out and
lastly the alternator went out in the middle of traffic. Needless to say
this left me very disappointed with this SUV. Sutherlin Nissan replaced
everything without any problems, however as a mother of a young toddler this
isn't very comforting. I wonder what else will stop functioning on this car.
I tell you one more thing and I'm getting rid of it..

Review:
I've owned my 2004 SE AWD almost a year and I'm still in love. The
style, cvt-super. The standard features are outstanding. I enjoyed the drive
on my trip-comfortable-love the way it handles and hold the road.

Pros:
Beautiful lines and very comfortable to ride in as well as drive. Smooth
engine shifting is great and the performance is outstanding.
|
|
Cons:
Only the gas mileage - I wish it did a few miles per gallon better than
it does.

Review:
Hubby and I traded in a 2003 S-Model Altima for a 2004 SL-Model Murano
in late June. We are really enjoying our commute to work these days - this
SUV is wonderful. It's extremely comfortable and I have found the radio
controls on the steering wheel to be FABULOUS! Perhaps if gas were a bit
cheaper, I would have given this car a perfect 5-star score across. But, I
find the needle sinks down at a more rapid rate than we had anticipated.
