Review:
Great car. Third Maxima I've owned over last 15 years. Plenty of room inside and in trunk. This car looks good, from 17" wheels
to the rooftop. It performs very well - the car has surprised LOTS of drivers of much more expensive performance cars. And the car
never breaks. Things do wear out, but I've never been left stranded by this Maxima or either of the previous two I owned by a
mechanical failure.

Review:
I had been a Honda baby and wanted to get something different so I
branched out to the Nissan family and bought new in Oct 02 ('03 model). I
had always heard good things but my experience as been only fair. I've had
the auto window motor repaired/replaced 4 times!! The passenger side
speakers don't work with the CD player only, random. From time to time the
CDs won't eject. The sunroof won't open now either.

Second Car, Much Better Car Than my Last by 2003RedSE from Havelock NC |

Pros:
Exterior Styling, Euro taillights standard, HID Xenons standard, 255 HP, Huge after market for the make and model.
|
Cons:
D Player/Radio is substandard. Sometimes have interference with local
radio stations, does not like some towers. Also the CD player will not eject
CD's sometimes. Would definitely look at buying new speakers and possibly
new CD/Radio Console.

Review:
I purchased the car in March 2008. I have the SE model. So far I have
only had to replace the back light bulbs, cost a whole $5. The car is great,
it may have the same Q35 motor as the G35 and 350Z, but it is too heavy to
be a sports car. Still fun to drive. Also it can be expensive due to that
fact the car uses fully synthetic oil and comes standard with HID xenon
headlights, dreading the day one goes out. If you insist on fueling the car
with premium it may cost more to fuel than other cars in its class. But its
more fun with it!! Will definitely buy another Nissan in the future, hoping
to get the 350Z.

Pros:
Power, look.
|
Cons:
Alarm system, Service engine light, starting issues as well.

Review:
I loved the car in 05. I initially didnt have any problems with the car.
Had headlights stolen out of car, which the alarm system is faulty. Now the
service engine light is on every few months. For anyone who owns '03 Maxima
check for recalls, involving sensor issues.
