The worst car in the market, bad transmission problems. NISSAN USA would not aknowledge problems with the 5sp automatic
transmission selenoid valve leaving the consumer to costly repairs.I own two 2004 Maxima with identical transmission problems.

Like the styling. Don't like the way the engine is packaged. Generally, they have made it more difficult to do
what should be simple tasks. Very expensive to have others service the vehicle and difficult to diagnose whaat
are often simple problems.

so far...ive had my 2004 Nissan maxima since Sept. 06 and i tell you..Ive had these done since then: New Battery, 4 new tires,
paint job, 3 repairs from engine light "coming on" (very expensive!! i might add..Warranty didnt cover all repairs..other than
that...i love "HER" (my car) first car ive ev er owned..drives great, smooth, and has great horse power..what elese can i say?
