If you put some very good tires on it, Not the type they usually sell for it. I put Michelin Latitude Tour on mine. Very Big Difference. The OEM tires, are to stiff in the sidewall, ride Very rough.

Faulty timing chain tensioner = $$$

Review:

2007 Pathfinder with 63K miles (just out of warranty) requires replacement of timing chain tensioner at an estimated repair cost of $2000! Timing chains last a long time but if the tensioner fails every 60K, what's the point? Vehicle has been maintained per manufacturer's specifications. Poor design Nissan - will never buy another.

I'd buy another one

Cons:

none from my perspective.

Review:

I have my 2007 Pathfinder SE for four years now and am still as pleased as when new. It has had a few warrranty issues but Nissan took care of them without any problem so I am a happy and content owner.

Pros:

Good off road performance, looks, nice interior, roomy.

Cons:

Rigid suspension, noisy and under powered diesel engine, rattles a little bit on tough terrain.

Review:

After driving previous versions of the Pathfinder, a few Toyotas, and a Explorer, this 2007 Path feels like a rough ride but at the same time handles great in off road conditions. On highways performs it feels much more comfortable and the engine performs perfectly.
