Comfortable, economical, comfortable highway cruiser and nimble and small enough for town.
Cons:
Styling is a bit off-putting to some. Fuel mileage suffers if you put your foot down too much.
Review:
Very comfortable and capable road car with 4 sp step transmission. A very good automotive value.

Pros:
The headlights are much better than on any other car, the steering and brake response are excellent. Luggage space is
fantastic. Mileage is OK, I've usually been able to beat the EPA ratings by at least 2 mpg, but there are only 7400
miles on the car now, and it should move up a little.
Cons:
Taking off the intake manifold to change spark plugs? Fire the guy who did that. Same for the guy that makes this the 1st car
I've ever owned where you need an air ratchet to take off the panel under the car to change the oil filter. Bummer. How about
replacing a rear light bulb? Go to the dealer! I won't, but why should anyone have to? I think, [and I am not alone] that
Nissan does this just to make money for the dealerships. Door locks that lock automatically? dislike that, it is just
inconvenient when you want to get out and leave the key in the car.
Review:
We are semi retired, and sold off a 1991 SE-R that was beginning to have problems. We needed more luggage space with max
mileage and comfort. We like to travel. Previous Nissans were the Se-R and a 1978 Datsun 810, both performed incredibly well. The
Versa is highly agile, gets OK mileage, and is pretty comfortable. Some people have complained abut the lack of a flat
floor in back. We love it, the gun and camera cases get hid down there with the tool boxes when we travel.
